Delete your Dashivra data
Dashivra has no user accounts. Your vehicles, service and fuel logs, parking spots, trips and widget designs are stored only on your phone. Our server keeps a small anonymous record for each installation: a random installation ID with its public signing key, your store-verified subscription status, daily AI usage counts and the AI results created for you (their text is erased after 30 days).
Fastest: delete in the app
- Open Dashivra and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete all my data and confirm.
This erases everything on the phone and our server record immediately. It stays available even when your subscription has ended.

Use this if you cannot open the app. Enter the support code shown in Dashivra under Settings → Support code.
Your subscription is billed separately
Deleting data does not cancel Dashivra Pro. Manage or cancel it in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: the installation record and key, all stored AI results, usage counts and the link between this installation and your subscription.
- Kept without any link to you: content reports you sent about AI results (without your note or installation ID), so we can keep moderating the AI, and short-lived security records that expire automatically within two days.
- Kept to honour the request: a marker that stops the deleted installation from registering again (its fingerprint and public key are removed after 30 days) and, for a request made on this page, the support code you entered, erased 30 days after the request is processed.
No support code? Without the app, the server record cannot be tied to you: it holds no name, email or contact details. You can still ask us through Support below.
